Directions

M1 Southbound

  • Leave the motorway at junction 22 at the roundabout take the 1st exit A50 towards Markfied
  • At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Thornton. Head towards Botcheston.
  • Stay on this road until you reach a T Junction then Turn LEFT.
  • At the next T junction turn RIGHT onto the B5380 towards DESFORD.
  • We are 100yards down the road on the Left.

M1 Northbound

  • Leave the motorway at junction 21a.  Bear Left signposted Ratby B5380.
  • At the roundabout turn RIGHT, 2nd exit.
  • At the roundabout turn RIGHT 2nd exit towards Kirby Muxloe.
  • At the roundabout turn RIGHT, 2nd exit.
  • At the mini roundabout STRAIGHT ON 2nd exit
  • At the mini roundabout turn left 1st exit Desford road (B5380)
  • Stay on this road for approx 3 miles.  You will reach Newtown Unthank.  Pass a turning to Botcheston on the right and we are 100 yards down the road on the left.

East Midlands and Birmingham airports are both close by and are easily reached via the motorway network.
